  • Green Table, LLC
  • 3,407 sf., Constructed in twelve weeks, includes a full kitchen, bar, patio and three
    dining areas. The kitchen is equipped with two exhaust hoods with heated make up
    air. Unique finishes in the restaurant include polished concrete floors, wood flooring
    materials installed in ceiling applications, custom made warehouse style interior
    windows with applied film and operable panes, and a wall clad in reclaimed
    wood. The reclaimed wood was procured from Wyoming, where it was first used
    a snow fence throughout the state.

    complexity of the design and the project stayed on budget.

  • Astoria at the Aramore
  • 2,897 sf., Build-out of first generation high end resort spa. The build out included
    new electrical and mechanical systems. The premium finishes consisted of reclaimed
    Teak floors along with ceramics, stone and bamboo ceilings.

Flip Burger Boutique - Atlanta, GA

  • Flip I, LLC
  • 2,680 sf., Renovation of a stand alone building. The building was converted to a
    restaurant with a kitchen, full bar, and a new walk in cooler. The project included
    a high end millwork package, polished and epoxy concrete floors and upholstered
    booths.
  • Selection criteria was select bid list and bid with negotiation.
