2nd Floor West Tower Build-Out

  • 13,136 sf., First generation build out to the existing MS&E building located on the
    Georgia Tech Campus. The project consists of seven new high density lab areas
    including steel lab casework, modular storefronts, acid resistant flooring and extensive
    new lab equipment. The project also includes twelve new perimeter office
    areas to support the new interior core lab space.
  • The project was delivered on time. The quality was above expectations and the
    project stayed on budget.

  • Selection criteria included qualifications and price.
  • The project was delivered on a fast track basis on time. Quality was not sacrificed
    as part of the expediting process.
